| In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will be refunded less a $25.00 service charge, only when we receive written notification seven days in advance. In event of a reservation made less than seven days in advance of arrival, we will refund a deposit only when we are able to re-rent the room for the same period. | ||

Reservations for accommodations at The Mainstay Motor Inn are highly recommended and almost a necessity during the busy summer season and at holiday periods.
The best way to make reservations and to check availabilities is to telephone us since the room you desire could become unavailable between the sending and receiving of email messages (it has happened).
