Off Season rates are for two persons.
A charge of $10.00 for each additional person will be added.

A 50% deposit is required with every cottage reservation, the balance due upon arrival.
A security cleaning deposit of $100.00 is also required and is refunded by mail only.
Check in time is 2:00 PM. Check out time is 10:00 AM. In event of a
cottage cancellation, the deposit will be refunded less a $25.00 service
charge, only when the cottage has been re-rented for the same time
period.
